  • Development of several highly innovative new wristwatches, among which the most expensive and complicated IWC watch of the time (IWC Portuguese Grande Complication), the first IWC watch with a digital perpetual calendar movement (IWC Da Vinci Perpetual Calendar Digital Date-Month) and the first IWC watch with the movement embedded directly in the ceramic case middle (IWC Da Vinci Chronograph Ceramic) (IWC Schaffhausen)

  • Development and global implementation of an improved stage-gate Product Development Process (ALSTOM)
  • Development of an Intellectual Property Rights Strategy tailored to the specific needs of the After-Sales Service business (ALSTOM)
  • Reduction of the Duration of Power Plant Inspection Outages by 20-25 % through significant process redesign on all levels and highly improved professionalism, successfully validated by three full-scale implementations on outages in Malaysia – a three-year project that involved over 200 participants and yielded significant cost savings for the client (ALSTOM)
  • Post-Merger Process Harmonization between two engineering units in different countries that were previously part of two different companies and had very diverging organizational structures and processes. (ALSTOM)
